Territorial scope: Insurance coverage applies to activities worldwide in connection with advice on and work involving European law, as well as the law of Turkey and the law of non-European territories of European states that are members of the European Union or the European Economic Area. Coverage also applies to activities before European courts and to claims brought worldwide arising from advice on and work involving European law. Where claims are brought before non-European courts, insurance coverage is limited to the statutory minimum compulsory insurance amount. Liability claims arising from activities conducted through branches, law firms or offices established or maintained in other countries are not covered.
